Shipping
Every effort will be made to ensure that your package arrives safe and sound. We will send you an email with tracking information when your package ships.  

All items are shipped via USPS Parcel Post, with a flat rate calculated when you checkout. USPS Express Mail (next day to most destinations) is also available for an additional charge, just make a note of it on your order, and we will contact you via email.

Credit Cards and e-Checks:
Spark Design prefers the use of Paypal for secure online credit card and e-Check transactions.   However, personal checks and money orders will also be accepted. 

Money Orders
If you wish to pay with a Money Order, please e-mail us, and we will send you our mailing address. Your item will be held until we receive your payment.   Items will be held for up to 10 days from the date of purchase. If payment by money order is not received within 10 days, items will be returned to the shop.   Money Orders must be in US Dollars.

Personal Checks
If you wish to pay with a personal check, please e-mail us. We accept personal checks from US residents. We will send you our mailing address and hold the item you wish to purchase. We will ship your item as soon as your check clears. This may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your check. If your check does not arrive within 10 days from the date you receive our address, we will return the merchandise to the shop.

Return Policy
If you are not happy with your items, please e-mail us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will provide you with detailed instructions for shipping your return upon receiving your e-mail. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Made to order items are not refundable.
